Can I save my dashboard and use it on a different device?
Yes! You can create a free account to sync your dashboard securely to the cloud. This allows you to set up your classroom screen at home and instantly load the exact same layout, notes, and timetable on your school projector.
Can I share the dashboard with a public link?
Yes. After signing in, use the Public Link option to create a live sharing URL. You can send it to students or open it on a second screen so everyone follows the same dashboard in real time.
Do my windows and notes save automatically?
Your layout is saved to your cloud account when you sign in, so your window arrangements, notes, and whiteboard drawings are ready for your next session on any device.
Can I use this on a smartboard, iPad, or projector?
Absolutely. The entire interface is built on responsive web technology designed for large touch displays, projectors, and tablets. You can click the "Screen" icon on the ph right of the dock to go completely full-screen.
Can I save different layouts for different classes?
Yes! We built a custom "Class Selector" in the top right corner. You can click the edit icon to rename the tabs (e.g., "Morning Math" or "Period 2") and save a completely different arrangement of tools for each class period.
How does the Sound Level monitor work?
When you open the Sound tool and click "Start Microphone", your browser will ask for permission to access your mic. It does not record or save any audio; it simply measures the volume in the room and provides a visual meter so students know if they are being too loud.
